HEAVY EQUIPMENT WITH DYNAMIC PRESSURE DURING TRAVELING

PURPOSE: Heavy equipment with dynamic pressure during traveling is provided to stabilize the position by preventing the equipment from moving upward against vibration according to the road surface, and to prevent impact and improve stability by restricting rising of the equipment. CONSTITUTION: Heavy equipment comprises a hydraulic pump(1); a pilot pump(2); an actuator(8) connected to the hydraulic pump to lift up and down the equipment; a direction change valve(3) mounted between the hydraulic pump and the actuator to control operation, stop and direction of the actuator in switching; a remote control valve(5) mounted between the pilot pump and the direction change valve to switch the direction change valve; a safety valve(6) mounted between the pilot pump and the remote control valve to control the pilot signal pressure according to the electric signal from the controller; and a dynamic pressure valve installed in the passage of the large chamber and the small chamber to keep dynamic pressure by communicating the large chamber with the small chamber in applying the electric signal from the controller.
