PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squeegee to which a cream solder is hard to adhere, a screen printing device which is equipped with the squeegee and avoids the dragging of the cream solder, and a screen printing method. SOLUTION: A slope 34 of which a distance from a rear surface 33 expands as separating more from a screen 18 with the edge section 4 as a starting point is provided on a working surface 31 being confronted with the direction in which the squeegee 1 slides. Alternatively, on the rear surface 33, the slope 34 of which the distance from the working surface 31 expands as separating more from the screen 18 with the vicinity of the edge section 4 as the starting point is provided. Thus, the width of a releasing surface 32 located on the rear side in the sliding direction to the edge section 4 is narrowed, and the dragging of the cream solder 19 in a space between the releasing surface 32 and the screen 18 is avoided. At least one section of either one or all of the working surface 31, the releasing surface 32, the rear surface 33 and the slope 34 of the squeegee is covered with non-adherent substance layers A, B, C and D, and thus, the adhesion of the cream solder 19 may be avoided.
