PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming device capable of bringing a condition where one portion is left uncut when a molding is cut by a force-cutting blade, capable of separating the molding from a resin sheet by a knock-out device arranged in a downstream to be collected and stacked, and capable of regulating a position of the knock-out device. SOLUTION: This trimming device has a device main body 11 provided with a cutter for cutting the moldings 18 molded on the resin sheet 17, the knock-out device 30 arranged position-regulatably over a range from the cutter up to a downstream of the device main body in a conveying direction of the resin sheet to punch the moldings from the resin sheet, and a collecting and stacking device arranged position-regulatably over the range from the cutter up to the downstream of the device main body in the conveying direction of the resin sheet to collect and stack the punched moldings from the resin sheet.
