PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an outside diameter of a grinding wheel expanded and contacted uniformly in a honing tool, to stabilize honing finishing, and to reduce a tool cost, as to honing work. SOLUTION: A groove 53 having a plurality of tapered parts is formed in an outer circumference of a honing tool body 52, grinding wheel blocks 58 having a tapered part are engagingly attached to the groove, and the each grinding wheel block is fixed to the honing tool body by a fixing screw via a grinding wheel fixing sleeve. The grinding wheel blocks are movedly adjusted in the groove of the honing tool body so as to expand and contract the outside diameter of the grinding wheel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
