PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging apparatus of which shape can be changed in a relative easy manner without applying any substantial influence over each of a shape, a packaging size and a cost by using a cardboard bent item having a simple shape. SOLUTION: A cardboard material (a cardboard bent item 13) is fitted to a die removing clearance part (a notch shape part 12) of a pulp mold (a pulp mold shock absorbing material 11). The cardboard material may be of a bent processing item or an item having at least one end wound and processed, its intermediate part may be applied with one or more wave processes, a certain step is provided in a short side direction and further any one of a duplex double- surface cardboard, a double-surface cardboard and one-surface cardboard may be provided.
