PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry a bicycle by folding so as to move a frame part forming the bicycle near to a handle means, and also facilitate the transportation thereof in folded state. SOLUTION: This portable bicycle comprises a handle means formed so as to rotatably pivot a front wheel and control the direction thereof, a handle support means formed so as to allow the handle means to be rotatably and supportedly inserted therethrough, a sub frame having one end pivoted on the handle support means and the other end having a saddle part, and a main frame rotatably pivoting a rear wheel, having one end formed so as to be engaged and disengaged from the handle support means, pivoting the central part of the sub frame at the center part thereof, and having a pedal drive means for driving the bicycle by the pedal. Since the saddle part is moved near the handle means, the main frame and the sub frame are moved near the handle means and thus the bicycle can be folded compact. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
