PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a space for replacing brake fluid for a hydraulic brake circuit. SOLUTION: A hermetically sealed container 10 having the brake fluid 14 and compressed air 16 sealed therein is airtightly connected to a reservoir tank 28. A waste fluid pipe 64 is connected to a breather plug 62 of a brake cylinder 60. When an opening/closing valve 24 is changed over to an open state, the brake fluid 12 in the hermetically sealed container 10 is fed by the pressure of the compressed air 14, the used brake fluid is flown out via the brake cylinder 60 and the waste fluid pipe 64 to replace the brake fluid. In performing an replacing work of the brake fluid, it is unnecessary to install an oil feed tank and a compressed air source near the vehicle, so that the working space can be saved.
