PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift lock control device improved in safety. SOLUTION: By a lock releasing control program 122 memorized in a memory 105b of a control portion 105, even if a driver presses a brake pedal when a shift lever is in a P range position, shift lever locking by a lever lock mechanism 101 is not released when an accelerator pedal is pressed and engine speed exceeds an established engine speed P2.
