PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat for an automobile improving silentness of the automobile's interior by effectively absorbing or insulating noises solving a boundary part for separating a noise absorbing function or a noise insulating function of the floor mat. SOLUTION: In this floor mat 1, a felt layer 4 and a foaming latex layer 5 are sequentially formed on lower surface of baking fabrics 3 having a pile layer 2 formed on the upper surface.
