PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrothermal oxidative decomposition apparatus capable of perfectly decomposing a halogenated organic compound such as PCB or the like to detoxify the same while reducing the size of a reactor. SOLUTION: The hydrothermal oxidative decomposition apparatus is equipped with a front stage reactor 121 and a rear stage reactor 122 and piping 141 for supplying the treatment liquid 123 in the front stage reactor 121 into the rear stage reactor 122 is provided while pipings 140 and 141 for supplying the treatment liquid 123 into the reactors 121 and 122 are branched so as to be able to supply the treatment liquid 123 from two places of the reactors 121 and 122 and connected to the reactors 121 and 122 so as to be able to supply the treatment liquid 123 along the inner wall surfaces of the reactors 121 and 122.
