PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable inflation film suitable as a film for general packaging or particularly as an envelope window adhering film and formed by an inflation method and having biodegradability made mainly of a polylactate resin and having high speed cuttability, excellent autosplicer suitability (impact resistance) and transparency. SOLUTION: The biodegradable inflation film is formed by the inflation method. The inflation film contains the polylactate resin and has the tearing strength of the widthwise direction (TD direction) of the film measured according to JIS K 7128 (a B process) of 10 to 200 mN, and an impact strength measured according to an ASTM D1709-91 (an A process) of 100 mJ or more.
