PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new crown ether derivative which is a fishing gut knot structure precursor and a method for producing the same and the fishing gut knot structure and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This fishing gut knot structure is represented by general formula (IV) (wherein, Rs denote each a reactive substituent; and X denotes an optional anion atom, with the proviso that Rs have each a structure having a smaller size than the inside diameter of a dibenzo-24-crown-8-ether and a size for enabling the passing through the crown ether ring).
