PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a lignophenol molding using a molding material containing a lignophenol derivative as a main component. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the lignophenol molding comprises the steps of heating a molding composition containing the lignophenol derivative obtained by bringing a raw material originated from a vegetable source solvated by the phenol derivative as a molding material, into contact with a concentrated acid, and molding the heated composition. Thus, the lignophenol derivative itself is thermally fluidized. Accordingly, the lignophenol derivative itself can be used as the molding material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
