PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate a shape in response to the change of shape or variety in a workpiece even when the shape and variety are different. SOLUTION: A female mold 10 of this work-punching device punches the workpiece W comprising a product part W<SB>1</SB>and an unnecessary part W<SB>2</SB>. The female mold 10 is provided with an outer frame 11 having groove parts 12a, a first partitioning members 13 arranged inside the outer frame 11, and a second partitioning members 17 arranged inside the outer frame 11 and orthogonal to the first partitioning members 13. The each first partitioning member 1 has a slit 14, the each second partitioning member 17 has a partitioning rod 17a penetrated through the slit 14, and array-arranging members 19 are mounted on the partitioning rod 17a.
