PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for rubber compounded with an inorganic filler capable of making maneuvering stability incompatible with fuel consumption saving properties by improving the storage modulus without causing surface roughness of the rubber compounded with the inorganic filler and without increasing the loss tangent. SOLUTION: This additive for the rubber compounded with the inorganic filler comprises a compound having one reactive group A with the rubber derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid selected from maleic acid, fumaric acid, itaconic acid or sorbic acid and one amino group B in the same molecule as an active component.
