PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tampon having good handlability of a cord for drawing out. SOLUTION: The end of the cord 6 for drawing out extended from a back end 4 of a tampon body 2 is colored into a color different from the color in the portion exclusive of the distal end of the cord 6.
