PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the over-discharge of a battery mounted on a vehicle when a switch is left turned on. SOLUTION: This heater control device comprises a battery voltage monitoring part 6 to monitor a power voltage outputted from a battery BATT. When the power voltage lowers to a specified value or below, a reference voltage Vp at a rectangular wave output part 5 is held at a specified value to turn off a transistor TR so as to cut out a power fed to heaters HT-L and HT-R.
