ELECTROLYTIC WATER CONTAINING DISSOLVED HYDROGEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrolytic water containing dissolved hydrogen which can prevent or suppress DNA lesion.

SOLUTION: Pure water is obtained from tap water, and NaCl is added to the pure water. Electric conductivity of the solution is adjusted to at least 100 μS/cm. The solution is electrolyzed, and produced cathodic water is taken out and neutralized. The cathodic water contains dissolved hydrogen (H+, H free radical, H2) of at least 0.1 ppm, and the dissolved hydrogen prevents or suppresses DNA lesion.
