<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a trouble at the time of printing after a bag is formed or filling with a content by preventing an asymmetrical structure multilayer inflation film from being curled and useful for mainly packaging a food or an industrial component, by incorporating good slipperiness of a surface and high oxygen barrier properties. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the asymmetrical structure multilayer unstretched film not curled which satisfies (1) that a resin used for an outermost layer has a crystallizing temperature higher by 0 to 60°C than that of a resin used for an innermost layer, (2) that a polyamide resin used for the outermost layer contains (a) a crystalline copolymer polyamide resin or the resin and (b) an amorphous polyamide resin or other crystalline copolymer polyamide resin, and (3) that a layer made of the polyamide resin is not provided except the outermost layer, comprises the steps of manufacturing the unstretched film in which the outermost layer is made of the polyamide layer, the innermost layer is made of the polyolefin resin, and an adhesive layer is provided between both the outermost layer and the innermost layer by an air-cooled multilayer inflation method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
