STAMPABLE SHEET WITH EXCELLENT ADHESIVE PROPERTY AND NON-GAS-PERMEABILITY MANUFACTURED BY PAPER MAKING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a stampable sheet with excellent adhesive properties and non-gas-permeability which is to be a raw material for a porous product exhibiting excellent adhesiveness and complete non-gas-permeability. SOLUTION: The stampable sheet is prepared by heat-pressing and solidifying a sheet-like web prepared by molding a mixture of a polypropylene with a melting point of at least 135°C and a reinforcing fiber by a paper making process; and a film consisting of a film A constituted of a resin with the same or similar structure as the polypropylene constituting the web and a melting point or a melt viscosity of the same level or higher as the polypropylene, and a film B constituted of a resin with a melting point of at least 10°C higher than that of the polypropylene constituting the web, and if necessary, a film consisting of a film C constituted of a resin with a melting point of the same or lower than the melting point of the polypropylene. The film A is positioned on the web side, and the film A, the film B and the film C are laminated in this order to integrate the laminated film by heat pressing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
