PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair of a structure capable of preventing dirt and giving comfort when a person is seated. SOLUTION: This chair includes a vertical rubber panel 1 erected in a holding frame 2, wherein a part of the rubber panel is projected over the holding frame, and a part projected over the holding frame can be bent to form a seat area in the horizontal direction.
