PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new water discharging device capable of attaining water discharge in a wide range and water saving without using an electric driving device. SOLUTION: A water discharge body 10 is fitted to a flexible elastic body 202 and gripped in the integrated state by the elastic body 202. The elastic body 202 closes a swirl chamber 4 at the upper end in the state of gripping the water discharge body 10. The water discharge body 10 is oscillatingly built in the swirl chamber 4 with a discharge port 11 facing the outside of the swirl chamber 4 and with a force receiving part 12 in an inclined attitude in the swirl chamber 4, and supplies water into the swirl chamber 4 from a tangential direction. The flow velocity difference is generated to swirling flow thus created in the swirl chamber 4, around the force receiving part 12, and the force generated on the basis of the flow velocity difference is exerted on the force receiving part 12. The water discharge body 10 is put in oscillating motion in the inclined state of the force receiving part 12 in the swirl chamber 4 to discharge wash water in the swirl chamber 4 from the discharge port 11.
