PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a double-side magnetic element inverting display panel which does not affect an influence to other magnetic element inverting display panel when writing is conducted from the surface plate side of the one magnetic element inverting display panel. SOLUTION: The first magnetic element inverting display panel and the second magnetic element inverting display panel with transparent surface plates are disposed so that the rear surface sides of both the first and the second panels are disposed on the double sides of one iron plate so as to be opposed to each other.
