PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber vibration insulator assembly capable of further improving termite-proof properties in order to protect a building life, i.e., an essential building strength and the life from damage by eating with Coptotermes formosanus in a wooden building and further ensuring an improvement of safety and semipermanent extension of a termite-proof period such as consideration for human bodies, pets and the environment. SOLUTION: This rubber vibration insulator assembly is capable of preventing invasion of Coptotermes formosanus by construction of a magnetic substance of a rubber vibration insulator having the safer termite-proof properties around a foundation and earthen floor-scattering of a magnetic substance (a permanent magnet) having repellency for the Coptotermes formosanus by stopping the use of a conventional toxic termite-proof agent (e.g. a creosote formulation) emitting a malodor.
