PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge stably a bound paper bundle composed of a large number of sheets of paper loaded in an accumulation part by an extrusion member. SOLUTION: In a paper post-treatment device having a discharge belt 38 which is rotatable and formed integrally with the extrusion member 39 for pressing the rear end part of the bound paper bundle Sa in the discharging direction and discharging the bundle from an accumulation part 30, a falling preventing part 39C is formed on the back part of the paper striking surface part 39A of the extrusion member 39, and a guide member 350 is disposed slidingly in contact with or along the discharge belt 38 at a minute interval opposite to the paper bundle side with regard to the discharge belt 38.
