PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently concentrate the electric field at the tip end part by ensuring a necessary dielectric constant while maintaining the shaping property of a tip end part of a recording head, which requires the electric field concentration. SOLUTION: The head comprises a guide member 10 for forming a meniscus at the tip end part of an ejecting part 11 projecting in the recording medium direction from a head main body having a channel for a liquid containing a charged substance, and a recording electrode provided around the guide member for providing an electric field of the meniscus, wherein the entirety of the guide member is made of a resin material, with the tip end part having a dielectric constant higher than that of the other parts.
