PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is required that organic waste overflows on the way of a scraping-up process to fall in a treatment apparatus constituted so that organic waste being garbage, excretions or the like is scraped up by the flight members provided outside an endless stripe body to be fermented and decomposed by rotationally driving the endless stripe body wound and hung over the sprockets arranged above and below a stirrer in opposed relationship. SOLUTION: This waste decomposition treatment tank 1 is constituted so that the flight members 10 for scraping up organic matter are connected to the fixing plates 13 attached to the endless stripe body 8 in a freely rotatable manner by pivot shafts 14 to be provided on the rear side in the moving direction of the fixing plates 13 due to the rotational driving of the endless stripe body 8 and the rail locking parts 17 provided to the inner surfaces of the flight members 10 are brought into contact with the front rail 20 on the front side in the advance direction of the stirrer to keep the projecting state of the flight members 10.
