PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having excellent dispersibility of an inorganic filler and an improved storage modulus without increasing the viscosity of an unvulcanized rubber, without deteriorating processability and without causing surface roughening of the rubber. SOLUTION: This rubber composition comprises the inorganic filler and a compound having one reactive group A with the rubber and one adsorbing group or one reactive group B for the inorganic filler in the same molecule, a compound having one reactive group A with the rubber and one amino group in the same molecule or an acrylic ester or a methacrylic ester having a specific structure and further, as necessary, a silane coupling agent.
