PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet with a film base material, obtained by forming a self-adhesive layer on the surface of the thermoplastic resin film base material, and having such excellent performances that adhesive properties of the film base material to the self-adhesive layer is good, cool-storing, cold- insulating, cooling, and water-retaining effects are kept over a long period of time, and the characteristics are maintained even when stored for a long period. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet with the film base material is obtained by forming an anchoring agent layer consisting mainly of a styrene-based polymer having cationic groups and the self-adhesive layer consisting mainly of a water-soluble polymer on the surface of the thermoplastic resin film. The styrene-based polymer having the cationic groups preferably comprises a polymer in which 20-60 wt.% of monomers for composing the polymer are styrene. The self-adhesive layer preferably comprises an aqueous gel composed of the crosslinked water-soluble polymer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
