PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer composition which has excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, extrusion moldability, and injection moldability and is used for automotive interior members, automotive exterior members, building members and household electric appliance members. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by melt- kneading a composition comprising (a) 10 to 90 wt.% of an olefinic copolymer rubber, (b) 10 to 90 wt.% of an ethylenic polymer, wherein the total amount of the components (a) and (b) is 100 pts.wt., (c) 0.01 to 10 pts.wt. of an ester- based cross-linking auxiliary, and (d) 0.01 to 3.0 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide.
