PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine having improved solubility of N-[4-[4-(1,2- benzisothiazol-3-yl)-1-piperazinyl]butyl]-1,2-cis-cyclohexanedicarboxylic imide or a salt thereof. SOLUTION: This clear aqueous liquid medicine having improved solubility therein is provided by formulating the N-[4-[4-(1,2-benzisothiazol-3-yl)-1- piperazinyl]butyl]-1,2-cis-cyclohexanedicarboxylic imide or the salt thereof, in combination with at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a nonionic surfactant, a polyvinylpyrrolidone and a polyhydric alcohol.
