PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body for a building material in which an inorganic coating can be enough prevented from being released and a sufficient durability durable for a long use can be obtained, even when a base material made of a synthetic resin in which a waste material containing a fiber-reinforced plastic is used as a raw material is provided. SOLUTION: The laminated body 10 for the building material has a base material layer 2 made of a synthetic resin, an inorganic coating layer 6 and an intermediate layer 4 comprising an acryl-silicone resin emulsion arranged between the base material layer 2 and the inorganic coating layer 6. The base material layer is prepared by using the waste material comprising the fiber- reinforced plastic as the raw material and comprises the fiber-reinforced plastic and a thermoplastic resin.
