PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-conductive material with excellent flame retardancy and being most suitable as a gasket material for electromagnetic shielding. SOLUTION: The electrically-conductive material with excellent flame retardancy can be obtained by metalizing a composite sheet prepared by laminating an open-cell foam sheet and a fabric and then, impregnating it with a flame- retardant.
