<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery material transferring pump provided with a rotor possible to be securely positioned in relation to a tool microscope to prevent the generation of wrong set when measuring the outer diameter dimension of the rotor formed into a male screw spiral shape forming the powdery material pump with the tool microscope or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This powdery material transferring pump 1 is provided with a female screw type stator 11 provided with a female screw spiral groove in the inner wall of a shaft hole passing through in the axial direction, the male screw spiral rotor 12 to be inserted into the shaft hole 11a of the stator freely to be rotated, and an outer diameter holding member 10 having a fitting hole to be fitted on the stator to hold the peripheral surface of the stator for fixation. This powdery material transferring pump 1 is also concentrically provided with a positioning cylindrical part 21 concentric with the maximum outer diameter part of the rotor in one end of the rotor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
