<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control physical distribution processes in a physical distribution center without using papers by using a portable recording medium and a portable radio terminal. <P>SOLUTION: Workers carrying a portable radio terminal 41 or a portable radio terminal 42 possible to receive the information from a physical distribution control server 21 communicate with the physical distribution information control server 21 in each process. When commodities arrive, the arrival information is written in the portable recording medium by an IC card issue machine 23, and this portable recording medium is attached to the corresponding commodity, and an instruction to the worker and a notice to the server are done by communicating with the server 21 in each process of decision of storage, decision of delivery and shipping inspection when carrying out the commodity with a truck.
