PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a harmful substance causing the discoloration and fading of ink acts on the ink heretofore when printed matter printed using an electric communication circuit is displayed for a long time and the printed matter can not be displayed. SOLUTION: When the polymerization reaction of a polymerization agent being one of chemical reactions is started, foreign matter being in contact with the polymerization agent is taken in the polymerization agent and the polymerization reaction is advanced. In consideration of this phenomenon, the particles of ink being foreign matter are taken in a polymer along with the completion of the polymerization reaction to be integrated with a synthetic resin.
