PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-dispersed self-adhesive composition having excellent adhesion to a foamed material and releasability in an terminal area, and having adhesive power stable with time, to provide a self-adhesive sheet obtained by forming a self-adhesive layer comprising the composition on a base material, and to provide a self-adhesive foamed rubber sheet obtained by forming the layer on one or both of the surfaces of a foamed rubber. SOLUTION: The water-dispersed self-adhesive composition is obtained by adding a tackifier to a polymer, wherein the polymer is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester as a main component and further containing a silane-based monomer, and the tackifier contains phenol skeletal structures. The self-adhesive sheet and the self-adhesive foamed rubber sheet are each obtained by using this composition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
