PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an operating handle capable of improving the accuracy of a mounting position and increasing operability to solve the problem with the mounting structure of a conventional operating handle that an error can easily be caused in the mounting position of a mounting base resulting in a failure in fitting the rotating shaft of the operating handle into a pulley or the occurrence of an unsmooth movement of the operating handle. SOLUTION: The mounting base 47 to install the operating handle 41 in a prescribed position is integrally molded with a front frame 2 when being molded with a resin by using a resin mold. The base cylinder portion 41T of the operating handle 41 is externally fitted to the shaft cylinder portion 47a of the mounting base 47 and tightened by a bolt 48. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
