PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder for pouring frozen dessert, preventing the bite of the package bag of the dessert. SOLUTION: The cylinder for pouring frozen dessert works as follows: a piston 13 rises up to compress a pack B when a brine is supplied into a pressuring chamber 24 of a fluid pressure cylinder 11 to pressurize the brine, and thereby ice cream is poured. The piston 13 has a shape where a frustum part 58 is connectedly installed on the center of the upper surface of a low column part 57, and a release space 58A is arranged between the circumferential side of the frustum part 58 and the inner circumferential side of a cylinder 12. In this cylinder, a bottom edge D escapes into the escape space 58A when the pack B is compressed, and results in causing no bite. The pack B is prevented from being damaged, and accordingly the piston 13 can slide smoothly. Also, the frustum part 64 is formed at the lower surface side of a cap 22, an escape space 64A is formed between the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder 12 and the cap, and thereby the upper end side of the pack B also escapes into the escape space 64A and results in causing no bite.
