<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate thermal bonding among some thermoplastic films, e.g. a linear low density polyethylene film and e.g. a polypropylene nonwoven web which has been thought to be difficult due to their non-compatibility. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a film/nonwoven fabric laminate is characterized by comprising a process for forming a film layer containing about 30-80% filler and about 20-70% polyolefin polymer to the whole weight of the film with respect to dry weight, a process for drawing the film layer, and a process for binding a fiber nonwoven web containing a polyolefin polymer and a binder and the film layer by a plurality of fibers in the nonwoven web.
