PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device for drawing underground water, river water or lake water to water an agricultural land so as to solve such problems that if water always flows at a constant speed, the production of alga in a pipe hardly occurs, but if water flows at intervals, the alga is easily produced, the smooth flow of water is obstructed and the clogging of a filter must be frequently cleaned. SOLUTION: This water supply device is such that a filter coated with a titanium oxide photocatalyst film is arranged inside a purifier with an outer wall made of translucent plastics and the filter coated with the titanium oxide photocatalyst film is sealed in a water pipe made of translucent plastics or the titanium oxide photocatalyst film is coated on the pipe wall of the water pipe through the middle layer.
