PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution controller for a four-wheel drive vehicle allowing to improve acceleration property after finishing driving force control by estimating a timing of finishing brake force control in vehicular behavior control and returning driving force distribution to four-wheel driving prior to finishing brake force control. SOLUTION: This driving force distribution controller comprises a stability controller 17 for controlling vehicular behavior by adding a brake force and a driving force distribution controller 11 for variably controlling driving force distribution between right and left rear wheels 10RR, 10RL and right and left front wheels 10FR, 10FL. When controlling a VDC brake force, the driving force distribution of the right and left rear wheels 10RR, 10RL as the main driving wheels is increased by making a target transmission torque TTF a VDC operation corresponding torque TTFO. At steps S8, S9, when a convergence state of control quantity by stability control by a yaw rate deviationΔψ, the driving force distribution of the right and left rear wheels 10RR, 10RL as the main driving wheels is reduced.
