<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate detecting device without malfunction concern ing determination of normal wearing of a seat belt of an automobile by applying a technology of a merchandise theft prevention device. <P>SOLUTION: An alternating current magnetic field generated by a loop coil 8 arranged in a seat 10 is disturbed by a resonance tag 1 arranged at a shoulder belt portion of the seat belt 3, this disturbance is detected by a detection circuit 4 connected to a loop coil 2 and a detection circuit 9 connected to the loop coil 8, and normal wearing of the seat belt is determined by comparing output signals from the both. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
