<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a schedule from the start of treating to the end by one time reservation issue. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation treatment information managing system comprises a treatment reservation managing means 12 for inputting a radiation exposure, its total amount and attendant information on a patient as patient's radiation treatment reservation information to preserve the reservation information on the radiation treatment including the patient's exposure at each time and the number of times of the treatments, a patient's schedule forming means 22 for generating and preserving a plurality of pieces of the patient's schedule information based on the radiation treatment reservation information, a treating unit schedule forming means 24 for forming and preserving the treating unit schedule in this day of each radiation treating unit from the patient's schedule information, and a treatment conducting record forming means 26 for forming the treatment conducting record based on the treating unit schedule information. In this system, the patient's schedule information and the treating unit schedule information are supplied to the treatment reservation managing means and used as the patient's treatment information.
