PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a generally used compound, expressing actions for smoothing, protecting and softening natural or synthetic fibers, having strong sticking tendency directly sticking to the natural or synthetic fibers (e.g. wool, cotton or hair) or other surfaces (e.g. skin) and reducing damages caused by mechanical and/or optical action (e.g. UV lights).
