PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fast plastic winding drum in which the body of the drum cannot be deformed and a semi-cracked surface cannot be opened by external force. SOLUTION: The plastic winding drum is assembled in such a way that a pair of semicylindrical bodies 1a and 1b molded with plastic are assembled oppositely to each other into a cylindrical body 1, flanges 2a and 2b made of plastic are fixed to both the ends of the body part, and both the ends of connecting shafts 3a-3d inserted through the body part are fixed to the flanges. Engagement pieces 15 and 18 are formed in the vicinity of both the semi-cracked part 14 and 17 on the inner surface of the semicylindrical body, one engagement piece projecting outward from the semi-cracked part and the other formed inside the semi-cracked part. The pair of semicylindrical bodies are assembled oppositely to each other in order to arrange the engagement pieces in a straight line and the connecting shafts are inserted through each of the engagement pieces, so that both the semicylindrical bodies are fixed to each other in a manner of suture.
