<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of vehicle driving in an on-vehicle equipment operating system for operation setting of on-vehicle equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of operation parts 11 operated by finger tips of a vehicle driver are arranged at a spoke part 42 of a steering wheel 40. It is displayed on a display 20 which of the plurality of operation parts 11 the finger tip of the driver is located at, contents of operation setting of the on- vehicle equipment are also displayed, and the display is located closer to the visual line in driving than the operation part 11 when seen from the driver. By this, the plurality of operation parts 11 can be operated without seeing them, and safety during vehicle driving can be further improved by reducing a movement amount of the visual line in driving. Since the plurality of operation parts can be operated in driving without releasing the hand from the steering wheel 40, the safety during vehicle driving can be further improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
