<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium wherein reloading of recorded information can be performed with a blue laser beam, and the reproduction can be performed with a red laser beam. <P>SOLUTION: This optical recording medium performs the recording/ reproduction of information by the radiation of laser beams. The optical recording medium has a phase changing/recording layer, at least one layer of a saturable absorption pigment containing layer and a reflecting layer.
