<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme composition resistant to the environment in the stomach and promoting the decomposition and absorption of nutrients. <P>SOLUTION: The nutrient absorption improving composition contains (a) a protease derived from aspergillus in an amount to catalyze protein hydrolysis and a cofactor of a catalytic action increasing calcium compound, (b) a lipase derived from aspergillus in an amount to catalyze lipid hydrolysis and a cofactor of a catalytic action increasing zinc compound, (c) a cellulase derived from aspergillus in an amount to catalyze cellulose hydrolysis and a cofactor of a catalytic action increasing manganese compound and (d) an amylase derived from aspergillus in an amount to catalyze starch hydrolysis and a cofactor of a catalytic action increasing magnesium compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
