PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow block having coupling holes that is light and facilitates execution, its coupling tool, and its executing method. SOLUTION: (1) The hollow block having the coupling holes is formed by drilling the coupling holes in a hollow square bar for reducing weight. (2) The coupling tool is used as a tool for coupling the hollow blocks having the coupling holes to each other, and has a locking function for preventing looseness, drop, or the like after the coupling.
